Here’s a peek into who we really are when we’re not planning empowering experiences for you...

Shannon is a passionate and dynamic coach, dedicated to empowering women to create intentional, fulfilling futures. She is the founder of Love, Strength, and Grace, where she offers 1:1 coaching, keynote addresses, and professional development workshops.

Shannon is the creator of Activate Your Female Genius™, a transformative framework blending clarity building, habit transformation, and actionable strategies all designed to create the consistent space for women to stop settling for “fine” and instead take intentional action toward the life they desire.

Shannon’s approach is rooted in her belief that women have an innate, powerful knowing of their passion, purpose, and joy. However, she asserts that the noise of expectations, shame, doubt, comparison, along with the weight of “should’s” and “have to’s”—often clouds that clarity. Through Activate Your Female Genius™, Shannon empowers women to lean into their sense of self, tune out the external noise, and reset their path forward with clarity and purpose.

Professionally, Shannon is trained, certified, and experienced in empowering women to tackle change with clarity and confidence. Whether it's transitioning from the corporate world to entrepreneurship, pursuing further education, climbing the career ladder, navigating the complexities of personal relationships, moving through personal mile markers, redefining motherhood, or embracing the uplevel of personal growth - Shannon has supported countless women in achieving their goals. Her professional background includes a Magna Cum Laude degree in Economics from Siena College, as well as certifications through iPEC and the ICF at the PCC level.

Through her work, Shannon has empowered countless women to navigate change well, gain clarity, and Activate Their Female Genius™—leading to lives filled with value, purpose, fulfillment, and aligned action.

If your life was a movie, what would it be titled?

Eat, Pray, Love is taken right? So then…Love, Pray, Eat…

What’s your guilty pleasure?

All things Taylor Swift (…going to The Eras Tour, wearing the gear, blasting the music in the car, singing the lyrics to myself, watching all the reels, and movies, and behind the scenes, should I keep going?)

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

To re-visit past moments and memories

What’s one thing you absolutely need in your life?

A hot shower EVERYDAY (sometimes more than one :))

Favorite thing about working with high-impact women?

The amazing individual qualities, strengths, and personality traits I get to witness.

What’s something people might not know about you?

I used to be terrified of dogs; (like we are talking I would cross the street to avoid walking past a dog that was fenced in!)…and one adorable golden retriever has forever changed my heart; thanks Lacy.

If ALIGN was a food, what would it be?

The most delicious personal margarita pizza – directly from the oven – fresh mozzarella steaming off the silver round pie plate, with the smell of the basil leaves rising amidst a perfectly allotted amount of sauce that has just a little sweetness, enveloped by a thin crust with just a dusting of garlic something. It leaves you with such a strong memory of hitting the mark; it’s satisfying, nourishing; and just what I needed.

What’s your proudest accomplishment?

The ability to change, to grow, to unlearn and to be different.

In the forward of your book who do write a shout out to?

To God, TWS, each of my daughters, and to the family I grew up with - for the faith, love, joy, laughter, and lessons learned.

Why ALIGN?

We all deserve the space to BE, to peel back the layers of responsibility and expectation and reset to what matters to each of us; I’m passionate about creating that experience for women.

If your life was a movie, what would it be titled?

Caffeine, Confidence, and Chaos: WHY do I always have 48 tabs open at once?

What’s your guilty pleasure?

Law & order: SVU Marathons

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

Healing. There’s something deeply fulfilling about supporting someone as they reconnect with their true self.

What’s one thing you absolutely need in your life?

Coffee, connection, and a good laugh. Preferably all at the same time.

Favorite thing about working with high-impact women?

That moment when they realize their inherent worth and recognize that they are already enough, just as they are. That moment is pure magic.

What’s something people might not know about you?

I was on Romper Room when I was 5-years old.

If ALIGN was a food, what would it be?

Comfort food that feeds your soul—Satisfying food like mac & cheese, your favorite cereal, or a warm brownie sundae. It’s all about nourishing your spirit and creating connection.

What’s your proudest accomplishment?

Without a doubt, it’s being a mom to my two amazing girls! They inspire me every day with their curiosity, creativity, and kindness. Watching them grow and supporting them in their journeys is the greatest joy of my life.

In the forward of your book, who do you write a shout-out to?

To every woman who's ever doubted herself while carrying the weight of the world. You are stronger than you know and more than enough, just as you are. And, of course, to my daughters—my everyday reminders of why living an authentic, aligned life matters so deeply.

Why ALIGN?

ALIGN is more than a word; it’s a movement. It’s about stepping off the hamster wheel of “never enough” and into a life where what you do reflects who you are and what truly matters to you. ALIGN represents everything I wish I’d known during my own journey—and everything I want to share with you now.

This isn’t just another conference—it’s the permission slip you didn’t even know you needed. It’s your chance to pause, recalibrate, and reconnect with the version of you that’s been longing to break free.

If you're feeling the tension of the roles, routines, and expectations —it might be because you're craving alignment.

The thought of you staying stuck—busy yet unfulfilled, playing defense while your dreams, desires, and purpose remain sidelined—feels unbearable when a solution exists. ALIGN is that solution. This is your invitation to redefine your priorities, claim your worth, and come home to yourself. ALIGN is your opportunity to shed what no longer serves you and step boldly into the space you’re meant to inhabit.

The heart behind our mission

Step Out of the Busyness and Into

Because here’s the truth: a woman aligned with her values, living her unique definition of success, is a force to be reckoned with—a gift to the world, a fierce source of inspiration, joy, and impact.
